Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified by email and are subject to the following conditions:
Until May 1, 2022 — full refund of your registration fees. (The amount is refunded minus the commissions associated with the transfer)
After May 1, 2022 — no refund will be issued.
The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
