POSTER presentation:
– you are accepted for poster area on the EPC-2022 meeting website
– your abstract will be published in the Pancreatology journal

ORAL-POSTER
presentation:
– you are accepted for poster area on the EPC-2022 meeting website
– your abstract will be published in the Pancreatology journal
– you have ~2-8 minutes presentation of your poster on EPC2022 meeting, please check your timing in program

ORAL
presentation:
– your abstract will be published in the Pancreatology journal
– you have ~8-15 minutes presentation of your abstract on EPC2022 meeting, please check your timing in program and prepare the .ppt presentation

You can change templates, they are not a mandatory guide, but only a recommendation for design and assistance in creation. Also materials have logotype of the current conference that should be added in poster.
If you already have poster created, feel free to upload it as is, we are not declining posters because of design.

How to prepare the pdf file of the poster: 

1. Please prepare your Poster as a 1-page in portrait orientation 

2. All E-Posters should be prepared in English 

3. File format: PDF 

4. Hyperlinks, animated images and animations are not permitted and will be non-functioning

5. Maximum file size 3MB. You can use this instrument to compress your pdf

At the end of the poster body, the Presenting Author can decide to add his/her e-mail address for further  questions from participants.

How to save the file 

a. Please rename your poster as follows: 
PosterCode – LastName (of the presenter) – poster.pdf
Example: ACPC-MT001-Tymoshyn-poster.pdf
b. In the name of the file use only letters of English alphabet
