Name badge

Your name badge gives you admission to
the scientiﬁc sessions, lunch and coffee
breaks. Your badge must be worn at all
times at the conference venue.

Coffee breaks

Coffee is served in the exhibition area.

Lunch

A buffet lunch is served 22-24th June
in the exhibition area. For participants
attending the lunch symposia, a lunch
bag will be available in the auditoriums.

Speaker’s room

Please provide a copy of your presentations in Speaker’s room (behind the scene) no later than 90 minutes before your session starts. For morning speakers, please provide a copy of your presentation in the afternoon of the day before.

Kyiv is an easy city to get around in.
Shopping centers, restaurants, attrac-
tions and hotels are located near the
inner city core, all within
walking distance from the congress
venue.
